As a kid, I desperately longed for a Siebel. Well, back then, it was known and available as the Aero C-3A model made by Kovozavody Prostejov (the only real ones, the original KP). Until the release of the Aero MB 200, the C-3A had been the only twin in Kovozavody's range. And I did built the model, in the tough times when the commies ruled and suffocated this country. And I still felt that something was missing from the kit as it was released - yes the nice dorsal gun turret known from the C-3B version. You know, the dreams should always come true and my desire to own the turret variety remained with me - the only thing is that now, being of much older age, I built only the quarterscale models.    The model for today is again made by our long-time collaborator and highly experienced model builder  Martin Pfeifer. The photos taken today at Special Hobby by O.Hajek prove that fact very well. The model Martin built comes from the 1/48  SH48212 Siebel Si 204E 1/48   kit. The Siebel was  a German WW2 aeroplane, if you are into something less usuall though, you can chose a Czech post-war variety of the same aeroplane which was called the Aero C-3B - to become available under cat.no SH48217 only next week.     We also would like to draw your attention to the large number of various accessories and detail sets available both for the Siebel and Aero, from resin engine sets, figures to perhaps even an excellen tool set.
