SH72350 SB2C-5 Helldiver – new parts


For our forthcoming reboxing of Academy SB2C-4 kit, a set of new conversion parts has been prepared here and all these items will allow the modeller to build the kit in the Dash Five version. The new parts will be produced in two formats, the cockpit parts, u/c wheels, napalm tanks and some others will be produced from resin, the others will be of standard styrene injected into a metal mould. These styrene parts will cover the new cockpit canopy, enlarged bomb bay doors with actuators, a new bomb bay bulkhead with bomb release arms and a new broad-bladed propeller.    2023 holds several surprises for you up its sleeve and the very first one is here today, the 1/72 scale F-84F Thunderstreak. This swept wing jet, alongside its predecessor the F-84F Thunderjet (straight winged) is no doubt one of the symbols of the Cold War early stages. And also an iconit jet of the NATO defence alliance. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets. Working and creating kits in such conditions is extremely difficult. I hope that Ukraine will receive much more aid than it is receiving today and that European politicians

Dear Business Friends,    In the September instalment of Special Hobby Newsletter, you are going to read about only one large scale model, the 1/32 Fiat G.50bis that comes in the bomber and navalized versions.
