The 1/72 two-seat Viggen kit belongs to the trio of models Special Hobby are releasing this month. You can find it available under its catalogue number  SH72381 . And not just the model, there is also available quite a lot of various acessorry, first a new item, the splinter camouflage scheme masks  M72044 . (In case you are building the single seat version, you will need  M72043  masks instead). Then we have the 1/72 SK-37 Viggen clear parts masks  M72003 , resin cockpit set with pre-painted etches  7424 , resin pilot figures set with a styrene ladder  F72352 , detailed thrust reversers  Q72343 , air brakes  Q72344 , wheels Q72345 , seat  Q72346 , ram turbine  Q72347 and control surfaces  Q72355 . Today's set of photos offer a very nice close up of the box contents.

Early in 2023 we plan to release, among other interesting stuff, also the two seater Viggen  - model kit no. SH72381 SK-37 Viggen Trainer. And to make your paint job much much easier, do not forget to get the pre-cut M72044 SK-37 Viggen (Two Seater) Splinter Camo MASKs.  

   Earlier today a pair of Standa Hajek's latest and frankly marvellous boxarts have arrived, one of which has been impatiently awaited really, this one depicting SA72026 15cm  Nebelwerfer 41 ‘German Multiple Rocket Launcher’ in 1/72. The kit is scheduled for this November release and now you can see why we are so glad the wait is eventually over. The other of Standa's pieces of art shows the Swedish SK-37 Viggen and you will find the painting - sometimes next year - on the box top of upcoming SH72381 kit, in the same scale. Rather tough to decide which one is better, do you not think?
