The work on the August new releases is already underway, and one of the new items is also this notorious vessel, the Titan submersible. And the scale is 1/72 of course. Quite a large one  for the scale, really.

1/72 Rumanian Duck - an unusual Mess built by Milan Zach

The Merry Modelbuilders are hardworking bunch indeed. One needs to envy their effort. Azur A093 CAMS 37 Lia - a built 1/72 scale model

Image
Jan Šimon of the Merry Modelbuilders Club is not of the habit of building only the new releases. Sometimes his attention is caught by an out-of-the-production" model, too. And now one of those oldies but.... is this 1/72 CAMS 37 Lia originally released in the Azur line as model no. A093. If you fancy this biplane boat, sorry, really out of stock for long time, but Jan's effort can easily be seen....

SH48237 Grunau Baby IIB in 1/48 - new boxing to be released

Image
The Grunau Baby IIB is arguably one of the most important glider designs of the pre-war period. And definitely the one produced in the largest numbers. Its mass production had started already before the war, went on throughout the war years and was renewed in some countries even after 1945.    The boxing with post-war Grunau gliders as flown in Britain, France and Spain ( SH48203 ) was already released, now we plan to make a new boxing that would cover finishes worn by German Baby IIB airframes and some of those from the German satellites. We will also have a new mask set for you, no. M48017 that is designed to help you to paint easily and quickly the wood and fabric construction of the wings and empennage.

Dear business friends,    The July Newsletter is here to bring you the first one of a pair of the T-2 Buckeye ‘Anniversary Marking’ kits. Now it is in the 1/32 scale. The 1/48 kit, featuring new clear parts, should see light of day in the coming months. The largest of our Buckeye kits is now accompanied by the most widespread pre-war glider, the Grunau Baby IIB. Our release of the glider shows this aircraft wearing military camouflage schemes as flown not just in Germany, but in its satellite countries, too. Of German origin is also the final one of our styrene form releases for this month, the 1/72 Scheuch-Schlepper. Many of you already know, that this tiny vehicle was used to move the Me 163 rocket tailless fighter on the airfield. This Newsletter also brings a true wealth of various accessory sets, mostly the 3D printed ones.    Some of you perhaps might visit us at the IMPS USA Convention in San Marco, Texas in late July/early August. Please feel free to visit our booth or even get
