The Planet Model range of resin model kits will shortly receive a rather unusual addition in the form of the Nippon Kōkūki Kōgyō D-1 Research Glider. What could one expect under such title? Well this D-1 was a sort of test bed used for in flight trials verifiyng the characteristics of the Ki-54 twin engine aircraft. The kit set will consist of several resin cast parts, injection moulded clear parts taken from our Ki-54 kit and a sheet of decals. And as the real D-1 glider was a one-off thing, the decals cover just this one airframe.

 The upcoming 1/48 scale SH48229  Fiat Br.20 Cicogna ‘Bomber over Two Continents’ kit is to offer the choice of three various colour schemes, one from Japan, one as flown by the Italian Legionary Air Force in Spain and the final scheme shows machine of the regular Italian military.

Here comes the already third boxing of the CAC Boomerang model kit. This October release has catalogue number  SH48241  and portrays the CA-19 which was the final production version used mainly for reconnaissance, target spotting and ground attack missions.
