The latest components of September news SH48195 Spitfire Mk.VC and SH72388 Mirage F.1c/C-200 are here

The final components for Special Hobby September new releases have arrived at last. These are 1/48 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vc 'Overseas Jockeys' SH48195 and 1/72 Mirage F.1C/C200 Armée de l'Air SH72388. The decal sheets are top notch printed by Italian Cartograf. All the items are being packaged into their boxes hastily right now so that the kits could reach modellers in just a few days. The last of our new kits, the 48th scale Loire 130 CL SH48172 got delayed unfortunately as its fuselage moulding tool cracked and a new one is already being manufactured.

   2023 holds several surprises for you up its sleeve and the very first one is here today, the 1/72 scale F-84F Thunderstreak. Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Like ICM for example. Last month we offered you an interior set for the 1/35 AH-1G Cobra helicopter model kit by this company. In this newsletter you will find another set for this model and we are preparing more for the following months. The sets will combine resin cast parts with 3D-printed ones. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets.
