Survey - would you fancy this sort of new figures?

   In their CMK range of products, Special Hobby offer lots of resin cast figures, the vast majority of which portrays soldiers, obviously. Now, however, we are testing water if the customer might possibly fancy something a tiny bit different. Would you? The girls depicted below might come in both 1/48 and 1/72 scale, perhaps also in 1/32. We will be happy to hear your opinion. The two master pattern in today's images have been produced on a 3D printer, the Spitfire acts as a background only, not to be offered with the mistresses of course :-)

Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets. Dear Business Friends,    In the September instalment of Special Hobby Newsletter, you are going to read about only one large scale model, the 1/32 Fiat G.50bis that comes in the bomber and navalized versions. All the other model kits are in 1/72 scale, and these are the P-40N fighter that sports very attractive schemes, really very colourful inter-war B-12A bomber as well as the re-issue of our 1/72 scale SMB.2 French jet fighter.    The detailing sets for this month contain the third set for our 1/48 SF-260 nice little kit (the two previous sets became available last month), the most interesting of the new sets is the wide variety of new details for ICM's 1/48 scale B-26B Marauder kit. And this kit does show very well why we love our work.
