SH72270 Tachikawa Ki-54 Hei /Hickory 1/72 - small parts mould in the making

    The sleek-looking twin engine Ki-54 aeroplane saw the service with the Japanese military in four basic varieties. And not only did it fly with the Japs, it went on flying with the military of a couple more nations over the course or after the war, so you could see it bearing the markings of France, the USA or China. This is no secret that Special Hobby have been working on this project for some time already, now we can tell you that all the large moulding blocks are finished and we just need to crack on with the small parts mould now.    2023 holds several surprises for you up its sleeve and the very first one is here today, the 1/72 scale F-84F Thunderstreak. This swept wing jet, alongside its predecessor the F-84F Thunderjet (straight winged) is no doubt one of the symbols of the Cold War early stages. And also an iconit jet of the NATO defence alliance. The USAF operated their Thunderstreaks, also affectively known as Super Hogs, both in the USA and over Europe. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets. Working and creating kits in such conditions is extremely difficult. I hope that Ukraine will receive much more aid than it is receiving today and that European politicians
