Planes of the SAAF

Today we would like to show you two planes in the service of the South African Air Force. The first is Dornier Do 27, a four-seater high wing aircraft, that you can find under the catalogue number SH72392. This type was the first aircraft to be mass-produced in Germany after WWII. It was sold both to military forces and to civilians. The SAAF had two of these planes, they served between the years 1958 and 1967. The other kit we have for you today is the jet fighter Mirage F.1 AZ and CZ (kit number SH72435). This one is from the 1980's when South Africa fought in Angola and Namibia.

And now let's have a look at the contents of both kits!
