1/48 Cobra clear parts tested, plus some more info on new projects

Every seriously undertaken model kit project requires serious test building, too. And the quarter scale Cobra is no exception. Our team have taken the effort to test the fit of every single component of the kit, large or small, and the clear ones as well. The first series of photos show the results. The next couple of images, taken by a mobile instead, brings a pictorial report on the already finished small parts mould of the 1/72 Ju 87D-5 Stuka model (the first two shots) and the work in progress on the 1/48 L-4 Grasshopper moulds.

Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. Dear Business Friends,    In the September instalment of Special Hobby Newsletter, you are going to read about only one large scale model, the 1/32 Fiat G.50bis that comes in the bomber and navalized versions. All the other model kits are in 1/72 scale, and these are the P-40N fighter that sports very attractive schemes, really very colourful inter-war B-12A bomber as well as the re-issue of our 1/72 scale SMB.2 French jet fighter.    The detailing sets for this month contain the third set for our 1/48 SF-260 nice little kit (the two previous sets became available last month), the most interesting of the new sets is the wide variety of new details for ICM's 1/48 scale B-26B Marauder kit.
