Nuremberg Online - Day Four

 




Even though the virtual Nuremberg Fair Weekend is already over, we still owe our English-speaking readers a bit of update. Apologies for the delay. So, during the fourth day of the fair, we wanted to showcase some more upcoming CMK resin sets. Namely the duo of CL-13 Sabre (Airfix) sets, 4445 cockpit and 4448 Speed Brakes. These are to be released this March. A month later we will see the release of one more pair of Sabre sets, 4446 Undercarriage Bays and 4447 Open Machine Gun Compartments. For the latter ones, we still do not have any image to show. In April we also plan to release the very first of our sets designed for the PT-579/588 boat (kitted by Revell), this set being N72039 Life Raft. And this one you can inspect today via our images below.

Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Like ICM for example. Last month we offered you an interior set for the 1/35 AH-1G Cobra helicopter model kit by this company. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets. Working and creating kits in such conditions is extremely difficult. I hope that Ukraine will receive much more aid than it is receiving today and that European politicians
