Not exactly a tiny model, is it? - the 1/48 HML007 Messerschmitt Me 323E-1 Gigant Upgrade

The 1/48 scale  HML007 Messerschmitt Me 323E-1 Gigant multimedia model kit was on offer for quite a long time. The main parts of this model were made of fibre laminate joined with injected styrene smaller parts, white metal details, resin parts, vacuformed clear parts, etches and decals. When we ran out of the stocks with this model, we did not plan to re-release it again and the kit was taken out of the offer. Because of recent demand mainly from abroad, we are returning the model back to the offer now, as kit no.HML007, differing in some aspects from the original one. The white metal parts have now been replaced by baked (hardened) PX resin components and the whole and rather intrigue engine assembly has been designed using 3D cad/cam technology, thus offering greater levels of details and resembles the original assembly much closer. The six engine units are also much easier to build now. However, this really monstrous model is not for everyone and not just because of the price tag, to build such a beast does take a lot of skill, patience and time. Not speaking of the need for some pretty large showcase to display it when finished. But if you embark on the journey to build the Gigant, you will be rewarded by a pretty unique item in your collection.

Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Like ICM for example. Last month we offered you an interior set for the 1/35 AH-1G Cobra helicopter model kit by this company. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets.
