UMM Tools now available in SH e-shop

 We have recently added the UMM tools to all the useful things available through our e-shop. The UMM label was created and is based on the skills and finesse of the well-known US-based modeller Johny Vojtech who happens to have Czech roots, too. On our e-shop you can find a couple of scribing tools and micro-chisels which are good for scribing of course but equally for removing excess plastic such us ejector pin stubs for example. Then we also have two types of tweezers-sprue cutters that can very well cut off the sprues as well as hold the parts themselves. All these very handy tools are based on Johny's life-long modelling experience who has designed and tested all of them himself. And as he no doubt is an excellent model builder (IPMS USA champion several times) you can bet on them being useful to you too. Some of the tools have been also tested here by our staff to complete satisfaction. The photos show just a small part of all the tools available, all of them via the link above.

Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Like ICM for example. Last month we offered you an interior set for the 1/35 AH-1G Cobra helicopter model kit by this company. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets. Working and creating kits in such conditions is extremely difficult. I hope that Ukraine will receive much more aid than it is receiving today and that European politicians
