SH48237 Grunau Baby IIB ‘German WWII Glider’ in 1/48 - what is in the box?

Today's images will show you the contents of the 1/48 scale German war-time glider trainer, the iconic Grunau Baby IIB. At its time, the Baby was the most widely used glider in world. The production had begun already before WW2 and some of them can be seen in the skies even in the present, true vintage gems. Before as well as during the war, the glider was mainly used for training the novice pilots that would later serve with the Luftwaffe. And it was also the role it served in the satellite states of Croatia and Slovakia.
Our kit  SH48237 is produced using metal moulds and covers four colour scheme options, two of which represents German airframes, plus one from Croatia and one from Slovakia. A separate sold set of masks is also available, set no. M48017. It will surely help you painting not just the clear parts but the wood and fabric covered structure of the mainplane and empennage, too.
