Stopgap and yet successful armoured vehicle - 1/48 Humber LRC Mk.II - contents of kit no. 8065

After France's defeat , the UK was facing the necessity to replace all the equipment left on the Continent battlefields. Among the stopgap measures that proved most successful was the Humber Snipe chassis that had been converted to a light weight armoured (ie. reconnaissance) vehicle, the Humber LRC. Its Mk.2 version employed a 4x2 type chassis while the later variants were capable of all four wheel drive.
   The Mk.2 Humber LRC now comes your way in the form of a 1/48 resin cas model kit set, no. 8065 
which also contains photo etches, a sheet of decals and 3D-printed parts that dramatically increase the detail levels. So, judge for yourselves as the contents can be seen in today's photos...

Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets.
