Variations on the Gamma Theme - as shown by Patrick Branly

A new addition to Patrick Branly's showcase is here today in the form of a pair of 1/72 Gamma monoplane models. Both of them have been built from a Gamma Bomber kit set made for our Azur/Frrom partners in France. The first built model depicts a production Chinese Gamma 2E and was built from the box without any modifications. The other model is a development prototype Gamma 5B that was delivered to Spain in the time of the Civil War. This model is built with the addition of a set of conversion parts that we made also for Azur/Frrom. Both of Patrick's model do look fabulous and also show how wide and varied was the history of the type that was the predecessor to the iconic SBD Dauntles and A-17/DB-8 types.

   2023 holds several surprises for you up its sleeve and the very first one is here today, the 1/72 scale F-84F Thunderstreak. This swept wing jet, alongside its predecessor the F-84F Thunderjet (straight winged) is no doubt one of the symbols of the Cold War early stages. And also an iconit jet of the NATO defence alliance. The USAF operated their Thunderstreaks, also affectively known as Super Hogs, both in the USA and over Europe. In the UK, the 20th TBW USAF F-84F jets were also fitted with a special underwing rack that enabled them to carry and deliver a tactical nuke. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets. Working and creating kits in such conditions is extremely difficult. I hope that Ukraine will receive much more aid than it is receiving today and that European politicians
