SH32054 Tempest Mk.II Hi-tech in 1/32 - another Tempest kit, due for release in November
We are going to release yet another member of our 1/32
Tempest kit family, the radial-engined Mk.II version, considered by many as the
most beautiful Tempest version ever. The first of our Mk.II releases will be of
course in the Hi Tech format. Comparing it with the Mk.V version, you may find
several aspects of the kit altered a bit. The kit is of course to contain a
different forward fuselage section and what´s more, also a sprue with rocket
projectiles and their under wing racks will be comprised in the kit box. The
set of resin parts will be a bit different as you cannot find there parts
specific for the Mk.V version of course, but the new addition for Mk.II kits
will be the tread-pattern tyre main wheels (the later style wheels with smooth
contour tyres are also contained as the Mk.II Tempest used both styles of
tyres), engine exhauts and what is most important, the port wing armament bay
with detailed covering panels and open ammunition boxes - all these created
using our 3D CAD-CAM systems.
