The very first transport helicopter in the world! Focke Achgelis FA 223 Drache.

 The prototype of this unique aircraft was finished towards the end of 1939 and it first flew in August 1940. And with our kit SH48201 you can now build it in the 1/48 scale.

It is a one of a kind kit in this scale, thanks to the many detailed resin and photo etched parts. Have a look yourself:

Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Dear Business Friends,    In the September instalment of Special Hobby Newsletter, you are going to read about only one large scale model, the 1/32 Fiat G.50bis that comes in the bomber and navalized versions. All the other model kits are in 1/72 scale, and these are the P-40N fighter that sports very attractive schemes, really very colourful inter-war B-12A bomber as well as the re-issue of our 1/72 scale SMB.2 French jet fighter.    The detailing sets for this month contain the third set for our 1/48 SF-260 nice little kit (the two previous sets became available last month), the most interesting of the new sets is the wide variety of new details for ICM's 1/48 scale B-26B Marauder kit.
