Special Hobby EN

For our forthcoming 1/48 Junkers Ju 88C-4 model kit we have chosen the following camouflage schemes.

Our collaborator and highly accomplished modeller Martin Pfeiffer finished a duo of the Special Hobby Mirage F.1 kits, these being the Spanish F.1CE single seater version in a three-tone desert camouflage scheme and the two-seater F.1B version in French colours and retirement scheme.

I am very happy to be able to announce that today the very last of the Yak-3 sprues have been finaly checked and approved for production which means that our packaging department is about to be very busy ...

Today we have begun to pack the new Barracuda Mk.II model (cat.no. SH72306) which is expected in distribution in coming days. The very last item of this model kit waiting to be finished was the sprue containing some small and delicately rendered parts of the model. Now please take a look at the photos below and enjoy the detail levels, we are pretty confident that our toolmakers put on a very good show. - overall view - fuselage construction bulkheads and undercarriage wheel bay sidewalls - u/c wheels, a torpedo half and radar antennae - spinners, instrument panel and the other half of the torpedo, also note the drive propellers - radio equipment, armament racks and propeller blades
