1/48 Baltimore (and 1/72 Albacore) in the milling shop....

 I’m glad we already have the box art for the Baltimore. But having box art isn’t enough. That’s why our milling machines are working hard. This also applies to the Albacore, which is unfortunately delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The first three images show the molds for the 1/48 Baltimore, and the last one shows the 1/72 Albacore.

The 1/48 Heinkel He 177A is arguably one of our most asked for models long time out of production. Yes all we might do now is to inject a required number of sprues and restock the model and that would be it. But not, this is not what we aim for. Some of the original moulds have been replaced with new ones which can assure much better quality notable mainly in the smaller parts. The new moulds are 3D machined and the images below show very well the levels of detail this new method brings. This so to speak old-new bird is scheduled for 2023 release.

   It is my pleasure to use this opportunity now to say our huge thank you to all our customers for their cooperation and support in 2021. The year that has just passed was a very successful year for our company and we hope for no less in the new year, too. Why so? Well, do believe me that all the models we have in the pipeline for 2022 are no less attractive than those we released past year. You can start looking for the whole new family of the 1/72 MirageIII/5 kits, yet one more version of the massive (and massively successful, too) 1/72 Sunderland kit, believe me or not, the first releases of the two-stage Mosquitos are expected as well.
