SH72382 P-40M Warhawk/Kittyhawk Mk.III - colour schemes unveiled
The SH72382 P-40M Warhawk/Kittyhawk Mk.III is among the kits which you can expect to hit the hobby shop shelves this June. The marking schemes you might begin to look forward to comprise machines flown by the RNZAF, RAAF, USAAF and FAB. The chosen airframes provide wide and interesting variety of machines, starting with the arguably most important Kiwi ace pilot of the PTO Geoffrey Fisken, then we have an Aussie machine with rather eye-catching nose art, two US aeroplanes, one of which seems to have been flown by a pilot of possible Czech descent, the other one being operated in the CBI, wearing a fierce jaws ont he cowling and the selection ends with a Brazilian airframe with two various guises. Event though this final one did not enjoy much of the actual combat, his military career seem to be rather interesting, too.
