SH72470 Junkers Ju 87D-3 Stuka ‘Stuka Experten’ in 1/72 as built by Martin 'Rabin' Kindl

   Martin Kindl, a member of the Merry Builders Club shares with our readers a few photos of his recent build, the 1/72 Junkers Ju 87D-3 Stuka dive bomber made from SH72470 kit. And what a very nicely made model it is! The kit contains the original Academy Ju 87G-1 version sprues that come with a new set of styrene parts, etches and 3D-printed items, all made by Special Hobby. The colour schemes portray three machines, all of them as flown by Experten, or highly skilled as well as highly decorated Luftwaffe pilots. 
  The complete contents of the kit is shown in the second batch of photos at the bottom. If a Stuka is one of your future builds, do not forget to get separately sold sets, the M72038 masks for the clear parts and undercarriage wheels, P72002 3D printed rear gunner seat and machine gun and F72377. resin cast figures of the pilot and his gunner.

Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Like ICM for example. Last month we offered you an interior set for the 1/35 AH-1G Cobra helicopter model kit by this company. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets.
