SH72480 SAAB J/A-21R ‘First Swedish Made Jet’ in 1/72

Our range of fine 1/72 model kits sees the return of the airframe that brought Swedish military to the jet age. Now the kit represents the ground attack version of the SAAB J/A-21R type, that had originally flew powered by a standard piston engine and only later was redesigned to a jet. These ‘Twenty-ones’, alongside British-made Vampires Mk.I (SH72339) and Mk.5 (SH72281) were at the very top of Sweden's military equipment at the time and if you plan to build a collection of Flygvapnet's early jet birds, our kits do provide an excellent starting point. And yes all of them also have Swedish decal options covered.

   2023 holds several surprises for you up its sleeve and the very first one is here today, the 1/72 scale F-84F Thunderstreak. Dear business friends,     February is over, March is here and with it also comes our third newsletter of the year. If I can look back on February, it was quite atypical. While it wasn't snowing here in the Czech Republic, Russian fighter bombers were falling down over Ukraine. As a skiing lover, I hope for winters full of snow. I also hope for a sky without Russian bombers over Ukraine. It would certainly be better if people in Ukraine could live in peace without Russian bombs and missiles. And also make models. Like ICM for example. Last month we offered you an interior set for the 1/35 AH-1G Cobra helicopter model kit by this company. Dear business friends,      The Nuremberg fair is over now. Despite some chaos in the organisation before the start of the fair, we can say we are quite satisfied with our participation and the fair itself. Compared to last year, the first post-covid year, the exhibitors were much more plentiful this year. Many more traders and distributors also arrived at the meeting. So we practically did not have the chance to stop for a while. This, of course, filled us with optimism as it was nice to meet you all in person. When I write about personal meetings, I was most impressed by meetings with colleagues from Ukrainian companies. War is terrible. It's one thing to watch it from the comfort of your home on TV news, and another to hear about personal experience with Russian missile and drone attacks on civilian targets.
