SH72543 TP-40N ‘Two-seat Warhawk’ 1/72 The American

P-40 Warhawk fighter is one of the iconic aircraft of World War II. It was also supplied to the Allies as the Kittyhawk. The P-40N variant was the last mass-produced version. A limited number of these aircraft were converted into two-seat trainer fighters. The instructor’s cockpit was installed behind the original pilot’s cockpit. Due to the limited visibility, the instructor used a system of periscopic mirrors to see ahead.

The kit combines P-40N molded parts with new clear parts and 3D-printed parts for the second cockpit. Since it is necessary to cut an opening in the fuselage for the second cockpit, this kit is intended for more experienced modelers (the cuts are simply made along the panel lines). The decals feature three USAAF aircraft, two in olive drab and one in metallic paint. The kit also includes a mask for the fuselage markings.

      - limited quantity of an unusual version-
we offer a variety of accessories and figures to go with the kit
